Doyle Corporate Services Founder, Richard Doyle is a passionate and driven corporate and transactional lawyer renowned for responsive, cost effective, commercial, innovative and practical legal and commercial advice.  

Richard advises both Australian and international clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including corporate transactions, advisory work, joint ventures, capital raisings, shareholder arrangements and disputes, corporate structuring and reorganisations, directors’ duties, brand protection and employment law issues.

Richard is an experienced negotiator and provides clients with accurate, succinct and practical solutions to challenging and technical issues.

Richard has over 30 years legal and business experience and is well recognised with the corporate legal and hotel industries.  Prior to establishing Doyle Corporate in 2006, Richard was a partner in Baker & McKenzie’s Sydney office focused on corporate and hotel transactions and was the co-founder and group general counsel of StayWell Hospitality Group, a leading international hotel management company.

Richard is the current co-chair of Accommodation Australia NSW Division (since 2020).  Accommodation Australia is the peak industry body representing the hotel accommodation industry.

Richard holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University.
